What’s in the Game Biltong range?

Premium venison biltong (think kudu, springbok, impala, eland – ranges vary by season). Naturally lean, darker and richly aromatic. You’ll also find game stokkies when available. Not sure it’s your vibe? Try Classic Beef Biltong for a softer, fattier chew.

How is venison biltong different from beef?

Leaner & drier bite, bolder “wild” flavour and less fat (little to no geelvet). Great for high-protein snacking and platters. Beef options with fat: Original A/B-grade or C-grade geelvet.

Which animal should I choose?

General guide: Springbok/impala = mild & tender; kudu/eland = fuller, beef-like depth. If you prefer extra richness, consider beef slabs & sliced with visible fat.

Slice, slab or sticks?

Slabs = max freshness + choose thickness at home (pair with a biltong cutter). Pre-sliced = tjop-tjop convenience. Sticks = on-the-go, medium-to-firm chew.

Can I request lean/fatty/wetter/drier?
