Fresh, portioned biltong snack packs made for gym bags, hikes, school lunchboxes, office nibbles and game day. We use A/B-grade beef, rare C-grade geelvet (when in stock) and Famous Wagyu drywors, packed for flavour and convenience.

How fresh are your snack packs and how are they packed?

Small-batch (2–3 times weekly), cut and packed to order. Each snack pack includes an Obuster oxygen absorber to keep it fresh without heavy preservatives, plus a toothpick. Old-school recipe, refined over years, in a state-of-the-art facility — see About.

What styles can I choose (sliced, stokkies, droëwors)?
  • Sliced/slabs: soft to medium chew; classic biltong flavour.
  • Stokkies (sticks): leaner, snappier bite; medium-to-hard chew; great on the go.
  • Droëwors/drywors: traditional or Wagyu for a buttery, moer-lekker richness.
Lean vs fatty, wet vs dry — what should I pick?

A/B-grade (younger beef) = cleaner, classic flavour with white fat. C-grade geelvet (older beef) = richer, muskier flavour with yellow fat; connoisseur’s choice. Leave notes at checkout (e.g., “lean & medium-dry”) and we’ll do our best within batch style.

Original and Chilli variants are typically low-carb; Smokey BBQ contains sugar. Always review ingredients on the specific product page for your plan.

Storage & shelf life

Short term: keep in a cool, dry place in the breathable paper pack. Longer: refrigerate. Very long: you can freeze. Avoid sealed plastic at room temp (sweating → mould). Vacuum-seal option is available at checkout for travel/storage.
